1. Definitions
The following terms and expressions have the meaning indicated herein and apply both to section 2 (General Terms of Use for Users) and section 3 (General Terms of Sale), with the understanding that terms defined in the singular shall also apply to the plural and vice versa:
- “Reserved Area”: refers to that part of the site exclusively available to the Customer, allowing access to specific functions provided by FullCosmetics, such as tracking orders, viewing previous orders, modifying account settings, and viewing linked social profiles.
- “Cart”: indicates a web page that simulates a “shopping cart” where the user can place and group items they intend to buy.
- “Customer”: means any legal entity, represented by an individual, purchasing Products on the Site, after registering and logging in, accepting these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms of Use for Users The User is required to read these General Terms of Use for Users, as the Sales Terms do not apply to them. These General Terms of Use, together with the privacy policy, are valid and binding for Users.
2.1 Terms related to FullCosmetics services and data processing
FullCosmetics.it is a Site that allows any User to browse a specialized platform that gathers news, advice, always presents new products and coloring techniques, and also offers training dedicated to hairstylists regarding new hair fashion trends. Users, by not registering, cannot access the personal area of the Site or make purchases. Users may leave comments and reviews on recipes, news, and advice available on the Site, seeing those left by others, taking responsibility for their statements, but they cannot review Products as registration is required. To leave such comments and ratings, Users must submit some personal data to the Company, in accordance with the privacy policy [privacy notice]. In any case, the Company reserves the right to limit User access and/or remove comments, reviews, or ratings in case of suspicious activity or defamatory content deemed inappropriate at the Company’s absolute discretion.

Sales Terms for Customers
3.1 Object of the Contract
FullCosmetics is a Site dedicated to the commerce of cosmetic products for hair and body care, technical treatments, and professional hair coloring, as well as technical accessories for salons. These Sales Terms govern the contractual relationship between the Customer and FullCosmetics.
3.2 Customer and Registration
These Sales Terms can only be accepted by non-consumer entities acting in a commercial capacity. The data required at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate. The Company may request, via email, identification documents or proof of the Customer’s representative authority.
3.3 Purchase Method and Conclusion of the Contract, Attachments, and Changes
The Customer must register on the Site to proceed with the purchase of Products offered for sale. What is present on the Site does not constitute a public offer and, therefore, cannot be considered binding for the Company.
The Customer, once registered, may proceed to place an order in the appropriate section of the Site where the Products are offered, selecting quantities and adding items to the Cart. Upon completion, the Customer proceeds to checkout, where the total price of the cart, including shipping costs, will be displayed unless different offers regarding shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are available on the Site. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer for orders up to 100 euros. For orders exceeding 100 euros, shipping is free. VAT on products is normally 22%. The Customer will then provide billing and delivery details, accept these Sales Terms, and enter payment information. The order will be processed by the Company upon confirmation of payment receipt, marking the conclusion of the Contract. The Contract is binding once concluded.
3.4 Prices
